Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, summary, and delivery address details.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Where do you ship to?

Shipping is currently free, with no minimum spend.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

My order was returned, what happens now?

Returns & Exchanges

I’d like to return a product. How do I do this?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

I’d like to exchange a product.
Exchanges are possible within 30 days. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The replacement will be sent out within 7 business days once your return is received.

I received a damaged item.
Send us a clear photo along with your order number within 14 days to info@palmandpearl-boutique.com. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

I received the wrong order.
Please email us with a photo and your order number within 14 days at info@palmandpearl-boutique.com. We’ll correct this right away.

I never received my order.
If your parcel never arrives, email us with your order number at info@palmandpearl-boutique.com. We’ll resend it free of charge.

I want to cancel my order.
Cancellations are possible within 4 hours of placing your order. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
